What are we about ?

Visible Ink 2012 will develop and publish an anthology of new Australian writing and art. We will push the Visible Ink brand beyond its RMIT base and connect Australians to emerging writers and artists. We will give voice to fresh ideas and untold stories - we want to get Australians turning pages again!

Where did we come from ?

Since 1989, Visible Ink has been annually produced by a committee of dedicated RMIT Professional Writing and Editing students. Each year the committee independently calls for submissions, selects entries, edits, typesets and proofreads the book, as well as manages its printing, publicity, launch, sales and distribution.

And the blog?

The blog, like our Tumblr and facebook account, is another way to bring Visible Ink and its people together. This space will be updated frequently with news about the anthology and construction behind it, exciting events that we’d love to see you at, book world news and other things we hope make you smile, ponder and get excited.
